in this article the role of creativity and innovation in the survival of corporations, the major factors in fostering and development of potentiality and talent for creativity and innovation. the role of managers in nurturing -such talents have been vowed as an important one. managers with their behavior and leadership approach would-be able to-make the people to become creative and innovative. among the factors in. this line, provision of a participative management atmosphere, task team work, motivation and innovation, relevant culture; research and development (r & d) further education and structural o organizational requirement and. the creativity and innovation have been dealt with.
